Merengue is a fun, fast and easy dance made up of simple steps. It is mainly a non-progressive dance but can also travel around the floor.

 

Merengue invites the individual dancer's creativity as it’s fun and easy to adapt elements from other dances. It is characterized by the marching feel of the

rhythm, and Cuban motion.
