West Coast Swing is a modern, versatile partner dance derived from Lindy Hop. It has the soul of a street dance, with a look that can be funky, smooth, or sleek. West Coast Swing continues to gain popularity across the country, due in part to the wide variety of music styles that it can be danced to. There is a lot of room for improv in this fun club-style dance.
The slinky, contemporary West Coast Swing with it's emphasis on improv and partner connection returns to Queen City Ballroom, now weekly with BreAna Mutz. A weekly practice session reinforces everything learned in class.
