Located in the northern section of Manchester, New Hampshire, Queen City Ballroom Dance Studio is bright and airy, with a great view of the city. It features two nicely finished hardwood dance floors and a recently added small practice room totaling more than 1,800 square feet of mirrored, well-lit dance space.
We think you'll agree that our acoustics and sound system are great for dancing, with nice clear bass notes and rhythms. Ambient lighting by sconces and torchieres enhances the evening atmosphere during our weekly parties and special events.
When you're not on the dance floor, check out our comfortable waiting room where you may read, relax, or chat with friends. Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave for your convenience.
Please ask for instructions on where to park, as we have ample off-street parking close to our entrance as well as an additional designated area (new!).
Singles and couples of all ages and dance abilities are welcome at Queen City Ballroom. The positive attitude and respectful nature of our staff are reflected in the way our students treat each other. Are you a newcomer? Watch out... someone may just insist on taking you onto the dance floor to show you a new step!
Our dance parties, including our weekly Sunday Night Dance Party, are open to everyone: singles, couples, beginners, advanced dancers, all ages. We have a wide range of dance opportunities for beginner to advanced students, including group and private lessons, parties, optional opportunities to compete and perform in shows, and more!
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will make you feel welcome, and answer any questions you may have. Use our staff as a resource in planning your dance education. Let us listen to your goals, and map out the approach that best suits you. You may choose from group lessons, private lessons, and dance practice parties.
